I'm not expecting a great piece of kit for that money but I've never used one before so hopefully it will be okay to have a little play with before I decide whether to get something a bit more fancy. Cheers Billy prob be best just to making one from a natural as most of those are just cheap zinc at that price , the one iv got of ebay i tried in a vice for strenth ..the top piece bent slightly then just sheared off and the bottom piece came off with no bending . so if your using looped 1745 or double theraband gold its got a good chance to come back and smack you in the face .
