now im so jealous got my goldie in wid hen hes swaying away so guess hes fit still a little bit of black on beak tho,think it will be a good idea taz to have a round of canaries and drop the cock back in when they hatch????

Like Taz says (and he does know :yes: ) that's the best way to do it but just because a goldie has a black beak still it won't fill eggs as my old cock has filled mule eggs every year i've had him before his bill has gone clear. :thumbs:

you usually find the beaks will go white around 16 hrs daylight but like ya say fireman if the bird is in condition will breed and doesn't need a white beak to be in condition as like I say daylight hours turn it white rather than condition bred many a mule in late april early may
