most of the bad ones rehome them selfs -----at the local town centre sleeping on shop windows sill living on left over big macs and kebab the drop outs and tramps of the racing pigeon world

Can't see you getting many racing pigeons if it's for dog training for you to release them for the ex owner to then have to deal with them when they return home unless you put them on string
