Good Knives For Skinning?

Recommended Posts

I've got a dozen knives, from buck knives, hand made Sheffield steel custom knives, bear grylls survival knives to pocket knives and i have to say the knife I use most is a mora, they are sharp as anything and cheap (£10.00) so I won't be brought to tears should I lose it in the field like I would with my £120.00 buck alpha for example.

If you haven't tried one take a look.

And you being rather prone to losing things, that could easily happen  have a look at outdoor edge hybrid hunter, about 45 quid, the best knife I have ever owned, I can butcher a deer with it, 4 or 5 flicks on a diamond steel and it will shave the hair on my arm again
