Even top lawyers need to bury their head in law books.. before advising you.... Theres so many... its just not possible... Some may have fell asleep in the class that was teaching the hunting act ... To be fair... Any ive came across reference dogs/ferrets... have been sound... Misinformed.... but sound all the same... Just dont be a fanny... explain the law... explain what you do... and it may make them see a different side of the coin... Pest control is a legitimate activity regardless of whether it's carried out by a professional pest controller or an ameteur. Cover your ass, carry the paper work and be confident of the law and there shouldn't be a problem under normal circumstances. Quote Link to post
