water gain on creatine is only for the first couple of weeks of taking it. you lose the 'water weight' after that.

 

I know this article is on a bodybuilding site, and aimed at gym goers, but the facts on creatine is what you're after. Have a read anyone who is unsure, there is a lot of myths surrounding it.
