Its_grim_up_norf 577
water gain on creatine is only for the first couple of weeks of taking it. you lose the 'water weight' after that. I know this article is on a bodybuilding site, and aimed at gym goers, but the facts on creatine is what you're after. Have a read anyone who is unsure, there is a lot of myths surrounding it. Being lumped in with steroids and other crazy nonsense http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/creatine_supplement_facts.htm

inan 841
I would say gain. Redmill yoused to be a good feed but heard a lot of bad things about it Not enough meat in it, mainly floor sweepings. I'm currently using a couple of bags I got cheap as a mixer with their mince etc.

irishnut 297
i may be having problems with redmills with my bitch, she looks fecking terrible, few wee balding spots, thought she was coming in heat or something. i was giving her tripe and its 100% making her look better. RussBoy 77
I see the redmills leader range has a far higher meat content than the likes of racer and tracker. I would have thought it be other way round due to racer etc being for racing greys. Can anyone shed some light?
