Tozer 385
If i could convince them not to spay her i'd jave this one. The description of the temperment she sounds like a good worker. Good size too. http://www.dogsblog.com/fifi-10/ Quote Link to post
forest of dean redneck 11,183
Spaying it ,won't affect it working, but lot of rescues won't rehome to hunters.I expect the whippet x will be gone now at 40 notes. Quote Link to post

Tozer 385
If its spayed he carnt make any money off it ... I'm not into making money off of dogs, but I do like to have the option of breeding from her if I like her. I would say her tail might be a sod in the brambles. my first dog was a whirrier and they are excellent bushing dogs and fly through cover Dad had spaniels and JRT's but I ended up with a whirrier as 'my' dog at the age of 11, pretty much by accident and she was the best thing I have ever had. 18tts went through anything, ratted, rabbited, retrieved ducks/geese perfectly (but only bought things on dry land out of cover, or to somewhere I could get to it? ). She was quick enough to catch the odd rabbit but I couldn't keep her out long enough to take them when they were flushed. My only regret is that I never bred her with either another terrier or a whippet. She could have produced some amazing workers. 1 Quote Link to post
