am after new spade just dont want to waste money on one that will break with a bit of graft.

bulldog are expensive but are good quality , when the the wooden shaft breaks after around 40 years lmao you can get a steel shaft welded on to last the rest of your and your grandkids lives ! atb phil

Mostly I use the bulldog rabbiter,,,3 rd one along in the pic,, but I like the little army one at the end,, it's great for sandy soil you can get right in the hole with it,, the long trenching type has a steel shaft,, and can smash through stuff...

 

Buts it rare for me to use the others now,,
