I've read through most of the comments on this thread and come to the conclusion ..   If anyone who is just starting out wildfowling comes onto this forum looking for any information and advice ..

If your using 76 mil cases & loads in your gun .. just check that your gun is approved to take the pressure .. there's alot of 76 mil high performance steel loads on the market now .. most people don't even think about checking there guns they presume because it's a 76 mil case & load there gun will fire them ok .. so just Check first ..

do u realy shoot geese at 35-40 yards there is not alot of penatrating power with 5 shot u will be saying u use no6s when u have no 5s next.we shoot more in a week than u will shoot in a life time.a canada goose would spit no5s back at u .

quite right there pal they take a good heavy load to drop canadas
