TOMO 29,479 Posted October 6, 2013 Report Share Posted October 6, 2013 I made 2 on Thursday scot,,,, one with chicken bacon,cream,,,and tarragon ,,, and the other a simple mince and onion,,here's a pic of some rabbit ones I made,,,, got a nice roe deer neck in the freezer,, for a pie best bit for pie and stew I recon,, the neck. Just get on the net mate,, bbc good food site is ok for recipe's,,, you will find plenty for pastry,,, just decide what you want,,puff,,short crust ,, ect,,, personally I think short rust is best for pies,,, Are you doing it for some Spanish friends mate,,,if so don't let the side down,, show em what proper British cuisine is all about,,,lol 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
