How To Get Money Out Of Someone

Hi lads, my ex-employer is refusing to give me holiday pay that's owed to me, from my calculations it's about €500 but the c**t is saying it's nil. Staying within the law can any of you think of any ways to get the cash out of him.

If I was in your shoes, I would put it all down in writing politely explaining what you are genuinly entitled too and send him it registered post.

Give him a few days or more to mull it over and then turn up with your copy of the letter and ask him how he wants to pay.

 

Employment tribunal, constructive dismissal etc might be another option, shouldnt cost you anything?

 

& then if you get nowhere and need satisfaction..

If he's not given you the money now , he's not going to back down and give you it now . Dont threatin him he can phone the fuzz and they will have it on record in case you want to get your own back other ways )

I'd rather get 29quid after selling it on than him get away without paying. If your not gonna get it anyway 29 is better than f**k all and it's the principle. Personally you can try the legal way all you want. Find people have to respect you or fear you. Seems like he has little respect for ya. Be smart and don't get nicked though aint worth it for 500quid but sometimes karma needs a little help in hand. Best of luck with it though.
