echo 24 Posted September 16, 2013 Report Share Posted September 16, 2013 Put some treats in your pocket and every time you say it;s name feed it.If you have kids,tell them to call it puppy,other wise they will keep saying it;s name and ruin any recall training you are doing.Clicker training is amazing.Have a look on you tube Quote Link to post
WILF 44,188 Posted September 16, 2013 Report Share Posted September 16, 2013 Personally I only use treats for recall a few times then I want the dog to do it for the love of doing it and I always start off low to the ground on my hands and knees so that I am face to face with the pup.......plenty of fuss when it comes to you never did any pup any harm You got some good advice on this thread mate, pay heed and don't rush 1 Quote Link to post
