tatsblisters 7,945 Posted September 14, 2013 Report Share Posted September 14, 2013 A lot more sterner than if your caught with class a drugs in some areas lol going on the court reports in my area two lads caught fishing with out a rod license were fined in total with costs £320 each were as a forighner caught with crack cocaine was fined £ .I would say a fine of over a hundred pounds at least.
