There's 4 of us on a level 5 NVQ in business management for the sole purpose to tick boxes to keep working... It costs a fortune in both time and course cost and is without doubt the most boring thing I've had to do.... Everyone I've spoken to on the course are there for the same reason just to get the course to then get the black safety card it brings... The building trade don't make it easy that's for sure.... But I'm paying for something I don't need, to then pay for something else I don't need so I can keep people in work.... It's no wonder people are coming out of the buildings mate... It's been almost 20 years for me so I've seen a huge difference and its getting harder and harder just to get on site...
