Rabbits By The Hundreds

Well for the last week i have been touring on my motor bike all around the south west from bristol down to minehead to lands end and the all the way up to weymouth and dorset etc etc and ive come across loads of land that is packed with rabbits.

We found a sloping field in dorset that must have had over 100 holes right out in the middle of the field other fields that dont have hedges anymore just banks of soil with loads of rabbit holes all the way along them.

So in the next few weeks i shall be loading up the truck and going back down and be doing some door knocking cause from what ive seen there should be some very good sport to be had and hopfully make some farmers very happy.

everywhere iv been local iv seen a big increase in numbers after last seasons wash out,so i would like to travel out to wales were iv been lamping just to have a reccy and see whats happening on the rabbit populations over there,i will be going to wales sunday with troter58 to have a look at some land and get some permission forms signed by the farmer

Hope you have some luck but I have seen the same knocked some doors and had no joy had a few places seem to be happy being over run ??

I really don't understand for the life of me. . . . why folk put these kind of posts up. You need to have your fecking head read, sticking up ANY kind of info about decent places to hunt. Even general areas of the country. . . . . all it leads to is folk flocking there to either get permo for themselves or poach it. Makes absolutely zero sense to me.
