Game Crop= Best Game Crop In Wet Lands

Hi All

 

Was wondering if anyone had any advice for good crops to grow on wetter lands?

 

Have several pieces of land to put crops in for game crop , was wondering if any one had experience or advice on what crops are best to put in this type of ground to grow good game crops?

 

Look forward to any tips/ advice

Everywhere was wet last year!!!!. If you have wet areas these will probably be in low lying areas ,not the best for showing high sporting birds????But if its flat and you want to shoot these areas ,the best thing you can put in is willow,simply cut some withy sticks about a meter in length and stick the cut end in about 6 to 8 inches about 12 to 18 inches apart.They grow very rapid and thrive in wet ground, but you are looking at a longer term sort of cover that wont be very good for a year or two.ATB

Have aeen fen pheasants fly well out of Norfolk Reed. Can't be too hard to plant.
