funny thing happend to us one night when poaching,my mate tapped me, quick turn the lamp off coppers coming down the lane with their blue lights on,so i said you 2 stay put as im caught anyway as the cars at the gate and its in my name not worth everyone getting nicked but they said no we,ll all go over so as were nearing the car it turned out to be a dog walker with one of them flashing collars on the dog but you wouldnt have known from across a field

Only problem i have is a local wildlife liason officer who sometimes likes to act it a bit....ordinary beat coppers seem like they cant be arsed wi a guy walkin a dog.....

iv`e got one of the 2000 lumin torches works just fine and fits in your pocket, great for local walks down dark lanes
