as the general says stihlsaw and a hammer and chisel,make cuts about an inch and a half apart,and go as wide as possible so that when you go to cut the next 4 inches deeper there will be room for the saw to cut again,let us no how you get on,atb wf

as said above, a cobra TT will do the job. They're used on the railways for packing ballest and will easily break through concrete. They run on petrol and you can rent them from most local tool hire merchants. Good luck with getting the bitch out.
