Mate , you might be jumping the gun a bit , if your answering police bail then you haven,t been charged yet ,you don,t know if you will be charged or even what the charge is yet , niether does your solicitor , so sack him ,he,s talking shite , if you are charged , the fact that you answered police bail should ensure your bail continues ( even with conditions ).

There is also the fact that a not guilty plea can be entered , if as you say the charges are likely to result in 3yrs , then there are appearances in the majistrates and commital proceedings to be got through , in short you may be a free man for many moons yet ,atb

They can refuse bail even if condition met I was on bail 4 month did all say answer bail at 7pm was held till court next day then bang on remand was for 16 weeks then found not guilty at trial sued em back nearly £90 a day false imprison haha almost seemed worth it shameful as sound got 9000 back
