I made one for my Galaxy s3, i got a cheap 99p phone wallet with the hard plastic inner that grips the phone and 2 of these lens covers off ebay

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330629921962?var=540046473910&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

What i did was to to glue one cap closed with araldite then drill a 10mm hole in the middle of the cover, i then glued the phone holder to the cover so the camera hole lines up with the hole in the middle. I then got a piece of that white plummers waste pipe about 8-10cm long and glued that into the cover with the phone holder glued to it. After it had dried i then took the other lens cover and completely removed the flip up bit to be left with the black tube, i glued this onto the other end of the pipe with the plummers pipe push about 1/3 of the way into the black bit. When its all dry it just pushes onto the back of the scope, just make sure you get the right size cover for your scope.
