Its annoying mate but it happens ... One of mine had a cut on his pad but was worse than that it was very deep. Took a few weeks to heal properly but hardest bits keeping it clean. Atb

yeAh breandy that cut is very deep pal,but in way It happened at right time of season towards the end,she was always getting wee knocks,but she never let me down,so she get filled with the best of grub and be very well looked after

It's her back foot I am more worried about,hope it comes back up as gone flat,but looking at stuff now for her foot going dog man to run through her and she have a good rest then,think tendons gone in back foot were she gone flat cause it's not worrying her when you go at them

Not fecked at all: seen plenty of sliced tendons on hind feet, and resultant flat toes. Dog can lose a bit of speed, and you don't want to run a flat foot on hard or stony ground, but apart from that, have seen them continue to run with no problems. Keep the claws on the flat toes cut as short as possible: even taking them right off at the toe and cauterizing to reduce regrowth and keeping pressure off the toe. Good luck.

Thanks lads for the help,she be getting a good rest the cuts are healing up already,she be fine for October and onwards she be back to herself she in great form and doesn't seem to be bothering her at all lol,thanks for good advice
