I think my spuds are going well? Got some corn, some peas and beans going too, all new to this so no idea if they're growing well or not lol

My first Cucumbers I sowed failed to germinate so tried this method. Put the seed in a wet tissue folded over and into a ziplock bag and then put in the airing cupboard. 

In just two days they had germinated with shoots about 20mm long.

I then potted then carefully and less than a week I had Cucumber plants. Think this is the way to go with them from now on.

This was two batches of three one day apart.

Planted most of the veg patch up over the weekend, lettuce, potatoes, leeks, parsnips beetroot, carrots, onions sweetcorn, and radishes over the weekend. French Beans to be placed in next week. Plastic growing house will go up this week.

Well Runners seem to be away now got a real mix this year "Pole Star, Fire Storm, Moon Light and White Lady".

There is actually 3 rows of little Gems here 2 green and a row of red gems "moonred" in the middle.

Tomato's have their first truss flowering. 3 sorts, a potato leaf one called Tamina a F1 high breed called Sakura and my old favourite Sun Gold.

2 different Cucumbers 1 called Femspot and the other is Burpless.

Only thing ive had is a few radishes , still earthing put the potatoes loads of carrots germinated including the fancy coloured ones had to resew the peas , lettuce and spring onions and the pumpkins
