Country Joe 1,411
I know this is in the wrong section, but Ive just had Rabbit Jalfreezi. I soaked the two back legs, and back of the Rabbit in a bowl of cold water with some salt and a tablespoon of Vinegar for four hours, then wash it under the tap. Fry the rabbit in oil for five mins to sear it. add sliced onion, sliced peppers, and sliced Carrot. Buy a Patacks Jalfreezi Sauce, Dont add any water, place all in a slow cooker and cook over night. then eat in a bed of rice. BOOTIFUL> :victory: Quote Link to post
