Barky 24
Hi guys after abit of advice iv got a foxcall uk (the black caller) and best fox call (the metal one) none of which are working I used to use the black one all the time with no problems calling them right in to like 5-10 metres this year no luck what so ever. Where I shoot is light enough to not use a lamp but as soon as I give even the smallest of calls the fox is off like a shot! Anyone have an idea why this is.... I know that I am the only one in the area that will be lamping and shooting them, but its starting to really pissed me off now lol... Atb barky Quote Link to post

toby63 1,236
if you say its lit by lights where you shoot try using bait to draw them in and climb nearest tree and wait or get highseat set up and nail them that way. Quote Link to post
R.A.W 1,987
you may think your the only caller in the area but some foxes have big ranges. and some people like to have a call over the odd gate 1 Quote Link to post

toby63 1,236
if you are going to try and put bait down i wouldnt shoot for a week just keep put it down when dark then go home if it not that far to travel.this time of year is best for baiting when its dark early cause you dont get crows and buzzards takein ya bait.
