zini 1,939
What calibre is your new Ranger pal? Once you come back with that Ill give you some good advice. Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
Hi mate, Due to the fact that you have just purchased a top of the range rifle and one of the best ones in the world I would seriously think about putting a good optic onto it to get the best out of it. If the rifle is a .177 I would look at either a Hawke Side Winder Tac 30 4.5 – 14 x 44 IR with side focus (SF) and with half mildot reticule or a MTC Mamba 4- 16 x50 IR with SF. If the rifle is in .22 then I would go in the following order: Hawke Side Winder 30 4 – 16 x 50 SF with the new SR Pro reticule. Side Winder Tac 30 4.5 – 14 x 44 IR with side focus (SF) and with half mildot reticule. MTC Mamba 4- 16 x50 IR with SF with the SCB reticule. All the scopes are a bit more than your current budget but what you are getting is quality for your rifle. Si. Edited November 13, 2012 by zini 1 Quote Link to post
