lotus twin cam used is a 1560cc or to be precise a 1558cc

and it was based on a ford block

Mate of mine is restoring a genuine mk2 RS2000 to original factory standard, been about 4 years on it now doing a bit at a time. Had a look at it a few weeks back, it's had a bare metal respray, total engine rebuild using new parts, the works. He reckons it'll be worth upwards of £20,000 when it's done if he keeps everything bog standard..
