Heres the best bit of advice your ever going to get on here about training/juice/weight gain etc etc...............   Dont go on a hunting website seeking advice about bodybuilding go on a bodybuild

Well i'm trying my hardest to train 4 days a week but mostly i only manage 3. I eat chicken like its going out of fashion, with rice, pasta or noodles. Trying to eat healthy all the time is a struggle

Well i'm trying my hardest to train 4 days a week but mostly i only manage 3. I eat chicken like its going out of fashion, with rice, pasta or noodles. Trying to eat healthy all the time is a struggle too. I take creatine and try and drink 2 500ml Extreme Mass Protein shakes everyday. I have kept at the same weight pretty much but seen massive differences in my body shape and good gains on lifts in the 8 months ive been doing it...... :thumbs:

Sounds the right way to do it lab :victory:

Just going with the advice i got on here mate. Wish i was 2 years down the line....i know my goals....... :thumbs:

What Vanilla or Strawberry?......... :hmm::D

I think a lot depends whether or not your going to do it naturally.

 

For example when ever I've tried to lose weight I struggle but when I used winstrolls I was able to lose 4 stone in 5 months

 

what mg did you run it at?

 

what lab were they?

 

what was your pct

60 mg a day, can't remember what lab as that was over 2 years ago now and I did 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off.
