RossM 8,149 Posted October 8, 2012 Report Share Posted October 8, 2012 I had it years ago too, a young hob had killed his 3 sisters, I chapped him there and then, tbh I should've done it before it happened as although I was handling them all daily, he always locked on and would launch himself at my hand even if it was no where near him! Again food wasn't an issue here I'm assuming he was just that wee bit skitso! Quote Link to post

Only wish I'd removed him when the bullying started just thought he was a bit of a git , again food no issue fed every morning and evening his play just became rougher and rougher won't ever happen again shame though , Quote Link to post

Now days i collar up every ferret i put to ground and if theres up to eight ferrets working a burrow i dont want one mental one trying to fight the rest 1 Quote Link to post

But ive been out with people who use a hob with a coller on same way you would use a liner. Not something id do myself but theres a few out there that do. Quote Link to post
