Not Saturday it's not. That's only the lurcher link simo coursing. Show is Sunday only.

He's off on one now digging out envelopes and stamps and talking about checking the tent. So! It looks like we'll be camping Saturday night. God help me LOL

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and supported Lurcher Link this weekend. We raised an amazing amount across the two days - a little over £4000 in total! We are very humbled by this, esp

We've had a lot of people request tickets for Saturday entrance (so they are already in the ground ready for Sunday) which isn't a problem as I have lots available. So don't be shy!

For Sunday, if you haven't already seen the ad in CM, we have a limited number of passes available for free-of-charge entry via gate 12. But they are going much faster than in previous years.... if you want to see if there are any still available, please contact Stat on 07534 049853

It is great that so many people are coming this year - every penny raised goes directly to Lurcher Link to help with the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of the dogs in our care. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

It's only separated by fencing as it is held on the show jumping part of the showground: so literally within spitting distance of the stalls and the rest of the show: no more than 100 yards maximum. I can honestly say that this show is one of the nicest I know: I've been nearly every year for the past 20 odd years, and although it isn't a country fair as such, there are so many different animals to look at its great for anyone interested in livestock, poultry, anything from fancy mice right up to rare breed cattle. It started off as a rare breeds exhibition, and has quietly grown from there. A fair few clothing stands, though don't expect anything out of the ordinary, and a pretty good crafts venue as well.
