THE MIDLAND GAME FAIR, September 15th & 16th 2012 at Weston Park, Shropshire, TF11 8LE. The Coursing Crew will be running all lurcher & terrier events over the two days. All running events will take place in the MORNING ON BOTH DAYS. Simulated coursing, hurdles, straight racing Under 21" Lou Fowler Memorial Race (sat only), 23" & under, Over 23", Puppies 9-12mths, whippets (sat only) & terriers. Entries taken from 8.30am to start as soon as first card is full. SATURDAY ONLY LURCHER OPEN SHOW 10AM START. Last chance to qualify for the afternoons Countryman's Weekly Champion of Champions for LURCHERS 2pm start. SUNDAY ONLY TERRIER OPEN SHOW 10AM START. Last chance to qualify for the afternoons Countryman's Weekly Champion of Champions for TERRIERS 2pm start. Booking in for all qualified dogs between 11am & 1pm on their respective days. Hope they have mowed the grass this year, previous years they couldn't be bothered!!. Giving it a miss this year as there taking the piss with the entry price when they put the lurchers 1/2 mile from the main fair, yet still feel it fit to charge us full entry price!!

Not been to chatsworth for 10 years mate, i was so disapointed the last time i went i said i'd never go again. Sad really as back in the early 90's if you had a dog qualify there it was a great achievement and a really good show.

it'll be our first time but think we will be venturing to pride of the peaks too,

We'll be on the SACS stand both days SACS are putting up a prize for the CMW champion of Champions and the NWTF champion of Champions.also for te coursing crew show and the European spring gun Championship. Twill be a busy weekend drop in and see us all welcome.
