Apparently common land is a big no no and it seems that the only option is farmland. Also, i hear i will need insurance regardless. Is there someone in south wales (blackwood area) anyone knows i can get permission to shoot? If i know i can get permission i will go ahead and invest in a rifle as this is something i've wanted to do for awhile. But i obviously don't want to get in trouble for it.
