MTC mamba vs Taipan?

Bit of a quick one, looking to compare the mamba (own one) vs the taipan in the 4-16x50-ir SCB reticle variety... roughly a £60 different... planning to put it on the BSA r10 mk2 or s410 mainly HFT/hunting use.

mtc, but much less mag for a airrifle i would go 1.5-6 x42 mtc, will draw the light in dusk dawn & be crystal clear 25-100+ yds
