i've been once, for the day, year before last, no way was a day enough to take it all in.

the amount of stalls and variety of exhibtors is second to none.

pretty much every aspect of country life / hunting covered, it did seem to me to be weighted to the gun dog / shooting side of hunting though, but this could be down to the fact that i was only there for the 1 day.

plenty of money there too, fairly affluent crowd if you know what i mean.....

dont know whether you've checked entry / camping prices yet, but it aint cheap, i'd go as far as to say the campings a rip-off, only way to make it worth the pitch fee is to get a good crowd of you together.

i'd go again, especially if i wanted to make a big purchase of somthing specific hunting related, because it will be there in abundance.

not every year though, just too expensive.

The biggest and the best by a mile in my opinion. We camp for 3 nights and enjoy every minute of the event . Every thing about it is a class act . I dont think it is expensive when you compare it with the likes of selby or chatsworth, indeed it is dirt cheap compared to those two events.
