Mac3681 12 Posted May 7, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 7, 2012 alright lads i was just wondering as my wee lucher bitch has turned about 6 and a half months now i was hopeing i could maybe find some decent pplk to maybe take me out with them for a few nights or days just so as i can bring the pup on abit for the start of the season i no its a bit of a random request but as im new to the game i was hoping some one might enjoy showing me and the dogs the rope a wee bit you never know could be the start of some serious hunting lol shes a wee bull lucher and shes pretty quick as to being mostly gh any serious offers welcome and please no idiots as its a geniue request for some help cheers in advance Wayne I feel bad for you fella, your in a bad place and a bad time for starting a lurcher, the whole country is hot as f**k with all the media attention ,myself and my nates have been getting funny looks and even one of my mayes got some woman trying to follow him home with his lurchers. If I was you I woukd forget about work for your pup until september, concentrate on exercise and training jumping, retrieiving stock breaking and socialisation, get along to as many shows as you can and I am sure you will find someone to take you out to be honest its not neces\arry I start all my lurcher pups at rabbits in the lamp on their own, so calling to a few farms to ask persmission you might get lucky. cheers for the advice chum Quote Link to post

If you do when I'm bringing my pup on (be end of july/begining of august) you can come down here for a few runs I'm only bout 10 mile from you I was going to recommend you and Hogie to him good luck when you are bringing it on Mac mate cheers chum shes coming on well mate very fast for her age what can only be a good thing i rekon and her catching the tenis ball or what ever seems to be bang on so high hopes think she will do just fine You seem to be doing ok with her up to now Keep up the good work mate Quote Link to post
