3 dr is better as remove the rear seats and you have the same as the comercial discover van land rover made, easy to put a flat load area straight through.

 

Are you sure you would lamp for the rear window of a Disco,, 1, they never work, 2, if they do work they a fecking small, 3 its a long way down,

Then if you can get the dog down and the dog out safely they wil have a tough old job to get back in!!!

but i can see your point.

 

3 dr are also better if you want to increase the size of the wheel as its easy to cut the rear arches out, and you do not need to messabout with the rear doors.

one thing to remember the front doors on both the 3 and 5 door are the same size, so if you carry 5 large people getting in and out can be fun!
