Lennard 10 Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 (edited) Soup I do not know...but here it is pretty common to make an omelette...pick a good half kilo of young tops, put in boiling water for a couple of minutes and drain in a collander. Put the mass into the flour/egg mixture and bake. Probably you can always substitute spinach with nettles in spinach recepies.... L.
