cheers lads anytime.

 

i certainly had a nice enjoyable day with no stress what so ever. it was a pleasant change for me to be out hunting without my dogs i felt a bit lost without them at times but still had a great day. :thumbs:

 

bird i will give bryn top marks for his performance through the whole of the day. he was spot on you couldnt have asked for more from the dog. vin its a shame mollie was having a of day as everytime shes marked a warren shes been spot on.

even when i told you to be careful on the side of the hill, and then went on flat on my arse flying past you :laugh: , good day jon :thumbs: Ray

 

I know why they call you Bird now Ray..you was almost ready for take off on that bank...LOL. . . funny as fook.

 

I also forgot to mention the top Dog of the Day"man of the match award" was John for pulling that rabbit out without even having to put the ferret in on that hole Bryn marked up..that was class. LOL. who needs ferrets with John about.

i was about to lay the net and i saw the little bugger buy the hole so i had to grab him. lol

only on one side...heheee...you,ve got to shorted the odds mate.. . its one of them quickset from JBnets

 

is it a short stop net,,or a bigger one in a basket,,,, cos if its a basket,, thats some weight to carry and a bit obviuose for a sly mooch.

2 x 15-20 yard quick set stop nets..2 x 25 yard.1 x 50 yard quick sets.. John insisted on carrying em..LOL

 

we never used them all but they are all in same basket aswell...lol.

 

no good for discreet mooching... i like the stop nets best,,great for just putting across a run or end of hedge.

if you have just short stop nets,, you can just gather them up,, tie a bit of bailer twine round to hold them in place, and pop them in a small rucksack................or of course get a trad long net,,, but just short,, say 2,, 25 yarders,, again in the rucksac,, and your pegs :thumbs:
