Stephen Lawrence trial

Recommended Posts

The whole idea of this day was for British society to hold up its hands and say yes we have a big problem in this country but we are trying to do something about it.

No it wasnt....it was a murder trial nothing more nothing less........no different to any other murder trial on any day of any week.....well shouldnt have been anyway....but due to dogooding lefty idiots like you the whole country has been forced to sit listening to this regurgitated shit for near 20 years......who the f**k was Stephen Lawrence anyway he was nobody special yet his death has been given more attention than if the queen had been murdered !......we are the most tolerant country on planet earth,no other nation in the world can figure out why Britain is so totally obssessed with " anti racism ".........so dont sit mumbling about us having a big problem with " racism " in this country......if people like you gave it a rest for 5 minutes the country might settle down instead of every tom dick and harry jumping about screaming these ridiculous meaningless words and phrases.....

And on the subject of Lawrence, lets not forget the rule book was ripped up for this " special case "...800 years of criminal law scrapped for 1 black teenager.....that Dobson fella was tried for this murder 16 years ago and found not guilty......whatever happened to double jeopardy....before this case he would have been within his rights to say piss off you had your chance and f****d it..........as for the mother going on about this " racist country ".......had it happened in her own country it wouldnt even of made the newspapers !

The rule book was NOT ripped up for this special case. The double jeopardy law was changed because of a Middlesborough womans fight for justice for her daughter, long before this case.

I agree....however as an Englishman in England i find it a touch disappointing that the thousands of white English men and boys who have been murdered over the years were not deemed important enough t

so did the evidence show who killed him or just they were there :hmm:

I personally think that they (as a gang) were responsible for the lads death, but you I don't think there is anyway of knowing exactly who stabbed him unless one of them decides to grass in the future.

They found Stephen Lawrence's blood and hair on Norris' jeans and jacket, but the blood and hair could of been transferred from one of his friends or from the old bill contaminating Norris' clothes by putting them in the same bag as the clothes Lawrence was killed in.

well there one thing mate, there no chance in hell will that be overturned in a miscarrage of justice. this whole case was a shambles from the word go. any other run of the mill murder and a QC would have been onto that in a flash.now they wouldnt touch it with a barge pole. gotta feel some sympathy for the ones or one that didnt actually kill him. whatever else they might or not be,no one cant deny thier loyality to each other.

i wonder when there doing there time that so called loyality might begin to wane and the others begin to panic. the police cant make a c**t of it again with the world media watchin them. Edited by lazyhunter

like i said earlier catcher i have no problem with the parents seeking justice. but they got thir conviction.the lads are away for a long time, and i wonder if it had been white on white would they have got the length of sentence they did. my point is lay there son and this tragic event to rest now. why push for a new sentencing. they got the max sentence under british law, thats what i meant.

it was on the news earlier that some action group have made a complaint that the sentence isn enough. something to do with they were triad as juvenilles, seems fair they were just that werent they. they dont want this high profile case to go away do they.just bolsters my view that there are dark forces (pun intended) milking this for all its worth.sad thing is the cps said they are gonna review it.is there no limit to how much we appease they c**ts. id tell them to f**k off.

They will not be happy until every white person in the UK knows their place, bowing down to these black fanatics

I didn't say that they have learnt from their mistakes as a definitive statement though mate, I said they probably have learnt more than any of us lot have, which I would of thought they would have considering the shit they must have had to put up with since becoming public enemy number 1.

It wasn't the first case, as you have pointed out but Apparently this case was a major influence into the law being changed, so what Gnasher has said isn't too far from the truth!

From The Telegraph :-

The law of double jeopardy meant no one could be tried twice for the same crime but that legal principle was abolished in 2005 following a series of high profile campaigns.

The Lawrence murder played a key part and Sir William Macpherson recommended the law be changed following his inquiry in to the case in 1999.

So there you go, a young black life seems to be worth more in this country if it's taken under the same circumstances as this case.

From my understanding the difference between the Lawrence case and the case Gin is talking about is that in the Lawrence case the Macpherson Report directed that an aquitted suspect could be re-tried IF new evidence was found.................whereas in the Dunlop case he actually confessed after getting aquitted first time round and pleaded guilty in a re-trial as well as being done for purgery............so although Dunlop was the first to be convicted ( in 2005 ) it was under different circumstances..........the Lawrence case has been described as " One of the most important moments in the modern history of criminal justice "..................thats the power the so called " ethnic minorities " have in England !!

Stornoway Airport has obtained a court order against Melbost and Brahanhuie crofters who accused the airfield operator of “squatting” on their land.

The crofters legally control the the airfield site following the outcome of a recent Scottish Land Court decision which declared the land was never taken out of crofting tenure when their forebearers allowed it to be used as a military base during WW2.

That means Hial do not own the airport while adjacent villages actually hold the rights.

However, the company Hial, is appealing that decision at the Court of Session.

The situation was inflamed over the past few days when the grazings committee wrote to the airport and other businesses sited on the land, advising them they were “squatting.”

They requested proposals to “regularise your organisation’s position and to remove your organisation from the category of sqatter.”

Antagonised by the move, Hial today obtained an interim interdict from Lord Armstrong at the Court of Session in Edinburgh.

The court order prevents the grazing committee taking any action to interfere with the occupation of land by tenants at Stornoway Airport or do anything which might risk the safe operation of Stornoway Airport.

Crofters previously urged Hial to meet with them to discuss how the airport can continue to run alongside crofting activity.

Inglis Lyon, Hial managing director said: “We are disappointed that the actions of the Melbost and Brahanhuie grazings committee have required us to seek an interim interdict.

“We have said all along that our intention in developing this land has always been to facilitate the creation of affordable, high-quality homes that would benefit local people.

“Our priority at Hial is to maintain safety and airport operations and the order issued today preserves the status quo until the appeal is heard.”

According to Mr Lyon, Hial has sought to “engage constructively with the grazings committee and has offered to meet with all involved to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution.

“Whilst, to date, this offer has not been accepted, it nonetheless remains open.”

Saturday 27th an armed man attempted entry to a synagogue outside of San Diego, California. According to eyewitnesses he was armed with an "AR style assault rifle" and 3 people have been injured and one has been confirmed dead.
AR15's are illegal in California. The shooter was engaged by the synagogue's armed security which in this case was an off duty border patrol agent. The shooter fled the scene and gave himself up to LE.
The narrative of this story began as one of gun control but has quickly shifted to that of a hate crime now that more details have come to light. The article is from CNN but pretty factual with what's known at this time. The shooter has broken numerous laws and the bad guy with the gun was stopped by a good guy with a gun.

It's official. American socialist icon Bernie Sanders has officially declared that he's running for commander in chief in 2020. He's raised around $5.9 million from more than 220,000 donors in the first 24 hours, which has trumped even the Donald at this point. Many of those donors are set up for recurring donations that are set to net $600,000 a month.
Last time around there were allegations of hamstringing as despite Bernie's popularity with the American electorate as he conceded to Hillary Clinton despiting winning many of the primaries by a large margin. Looking at Hillary's disasterous performance in 2016 it'll be interesting to see whether Sanders remains an independent candidate or goes full Democrat as the group whittles itself down to a frontrunner.
