oryt mate personally i dont have one but have used them loads of times i think a variable power lightforce striker with filter is probably the best allround lamp you can get the variable is good because you can turn it down so its not as harsh on their eyes and with the filter aswell is bang on for everything with a variable and filter in my eyes you defenitley have loads more chance of catching

I dont mean the 1 with the dial on the back lads. We have 1 of them but just gt the new 1 with a double button for your variable power.
