unlacedgecko 1,466
The details haven't been announced yet, but the draft proposals are for a landowner or collective of landowners with a total amount of land numbering at least 150km2. All landowners within the boundary must agree to the cull. The cull won't actually happen for a year or two, if at all. And even then, there will be very strict controls about who gets a licence to cull badgers. If you are wanting to hunt one go to mainland Europe where most countries allow badger hunting. Bootsha 1,306
If they only issued an amnesty for a couple of months, there'd be no need for a cull, the job would be done, free of charge. And pigs might fly ( pink ones not stripey buggers'lol) B

RicW 67
Plan is for a cull in two limited areas next summer. If that reduces BTB then it will be extended in 2013. Free shooting with minimum .243.

Cheers mate, an informative answer instead of abuse!! that kinda buggers it for the land I work, there are little nature reserves dotted all over the place, n the chances of findin 150km2 without one somewhere will be slim to non existant!
