my wheaten lurcher!

hey folks, i was lookin for brother and sisters to my dog to see what they turned out like!! houndman from outside the maghera area bred the litter!! i do remember talkin to someone on here that had a pup but i cant remember who it was!!

 

 

sorry i have no new pics but here he is anyway!!

 

he's 3/4grey 1/4 wheaten

 

 

i'm guessing about 12 weeks or so

i had a pup off that litter, got the pup at 7 weeks from houndsman up there, he was fine pup smooth coated, hadn't started him , when he went down with something, in and out of the vet for a few days, tablets for him, not getting any better

 

so went back in and said there was something seriously here, so found something on xray , opened up and it was too late , blood supply had been cut off to long to a folded gut, they put him down on the table,,felt cheated then having to pay for operation and everything that went with it, if they had acted sooner could have saved him

 

on a lighter note , fine looking dog there, whats he like to work,,

aww sorry to hear that mate, thats terrible .... well mine is workin ok, i havent tried him on anythin big yet because hes still very puppyish but i'll try him soon!!! he lamps well and walks beside ye, his jumpin has come on leaps and bounds since he was hung on wire before xmas as well!! so far i'm pleased enough but he doesnt compare at all to the wee beddy/greyhound i have as well!!! shes dynamite at the minute!!

 

and as we speak my old camera came back to life so i'll get a few new pics of him up!! to be honest i cant see the 3/4 greyhound in him but i'm happy enough!!!

 

 

and as luck would have it some tosser has lifted the scart lead for it

no my pup wouldn't have struck me as easy to arouse, a laid back sort of a client, but for what i wanted him for bigger stuff , would have been ideal, would have tested him on sharp stuff by now, you be surprised the difference it makes to some dogs, best of luck with him,,

yea thats the same as mine mate, the wee beddy cross would run circles round him but when he got on somethin he's pretty determined, hopefully he'l nail a fox or 2 for me!!
