scope for a 22 rimfire

I guess it depends on the use - I used to have a 4-16*50 all singing all dancing scope but changed it to a 1.5*5X20 as I have found it is far better for me & what I use the 22 for (night shooting rabbits). One of my friends has a fixed 6*42 which is also good for night shooting but I can't get on with its reticle!

if i am shooting in the daytime big magnification helps.the .22 lr has quiet a tradjectory curve so i am a great believer in target turrets so you can practice on paper and know were you are at as apossed to guessing.alot of guys on here have mtc optics mixed reviews.you will never go wrong with leupold.money well spent.
