rhoderick1888 1
Watched Friday's landward programme where they were looking at Larsen traps and if keepers were using them legally. They brought on a guy from the RSPB who was complaining about cases where Golden Eagles were being caught in Larsen traps. I dont know a lot about Larsen trapping but surely an eagles wingspan would stop it going in a Larsen. He was also saying how controlling corvids doesnt have any affect on numbers of song birds? Seems like between RSPB and BBC they are trying to get rid of everything positive keepers do for the countryside. Waiting with interest to watch tonights show on BBC Scotland about how raptor poisoning is linked to scotlands sporting estates....
Waz 4,298
I remember lots of folk saying that after hunting it will be shooting & then fishing. About the same time remember a lot of shooters & anglers saying/thinking it wouldnt happen to them
