runforyourlife 361
So what was the guys PB and do you have any pictures? Yes i have pictures. And his pb was anything into double figures.. As for the guys all being novices. Sometimes yes but some are just looking to learn a little more and some are scottish who dont live far away. As i said, some are more confident than others.. As for the common knowledge. There is one loch, which is a quite a popular haunt. The bailiffs(scottish) didnt know of a cpl features in there own water. I amsure they know of others what i dont but these features are real fishing bagging areas. Its about time and effort put into the water.

The fact the guy has never caught a double figure pike emphasizes my point. Yes it is about time and effort put into the water, do you seriously think you put more time and effort into a water which is in a different country from you that the locals? As for educating the bailiffs, I've never met a countryman yet who will divulge known secrets. If anyone tells me something which I already know, I usually pretend I don't, they get all happy thinking they know more than me and usually divulge all their knowledge so to brag. You come away knowing everything they know, which you already know without having to tell them a single thing in exchange. It's an old trick.....
