As title really. Assuming we stay in Europe which body or organisation would you get rid of or opt out of?

 

Bit of a no brainer I guess but let's hear it!

I would opt out of the EU but continue co operation (to a certain degree) and trading with the EU. Similar to the Norwegian model, but a more independent and less of a cash cow for the rest of the EU version. The unelected in Brussels and beyond have no rights to meddle in the affairs of sovereign nations and it is time they are reminded of this.

Scotland , wales northern Ireland England have not been given

a referendum on the EU if this sorry state of affairs would have been

in Eastern Europe or west Africa we would be sending in troops sanctions etc

The European Court of Human Rights was set up in 1948, before the Common Market, let alone the EU, existed, by a guy called Winston Churchill. The European Convention on Human Rights, which was drafted by British lawyers, and signed by the Attlee government in 1950, has no connection with the EU.
