Little Butch 16 Posted February 16, 2011 Report Share Posted February 16, 2011 I've done a sponsored abseil twice for charity when I was 13/15 and this year once my Army Basic Training Is out of the way I'd like to do something else, try raise a bit more money. I'm thinking split the money 50/50 between Cancer Research and Help for Heroes. What kind of things drum up alot of attention? Was thinking some sort of mountain climbing, 3 peaks? CarraghsGem 92 Posted February 16, 2011 Report Share Posted February 16, 2011 most fun charity thing i was at was a load of fellas being waxed, few pints later we were bidding to get to wax various "hairy" bodyparts, lads kinda just rolled with it.... followed by a raffle for alcohol and other prizes, followed by a few raffle prize winners starting an impromtue auction selling their raffle prizes in aid of charity, made about 600euro that night if i remember right, whole pub put a few euro in the pot Quote Link to post Share on other sites
