winter wellies

Recommended Posts

Hi, i am going to purchase my first ever pair of decent wellies, i need them for beating, shooting and walking in. I want neoprene lined ones and cant decide between the Aigle and Le Chamaeu. There is quite a bit of difference in price and i dont mind paying the extra if it is worth it........Please Help!!!

I have a pair of le chamaeu verzanoid wellies & they are brilliant I can't fault them. Warm feet is always a good thing!

They are comfy and warm I agree, but they dont last that long under strenuous use.. The side straps come off and the inner lining de-laminates..

I have never tried Muck boots, but given the price of Vierzonord, they could be next on the list thumbs.gif

Forget Muck Boots for walking or beating ! I had a pair, and the soles wore flat very quickly, the neoprene snags on everything when beating, then the toe cap split !! Only had them about 8 months. I've just got a pair of Seeland wellies; just as comfortable and warm and only half the price. I'll see how they stand up to a season of beating and lamping !

Cheers.
