A line is only worth its name if it used extensively,...poor performers need to be removed and young stock should only be offered to men that can enter them sensibly, and test them to the full over a

Got to laugh...pulling up threads from 10 yrs back ...in the hope some mug blows some smoke up his arse? If he was the real deal...then he wouldn't of had a 10 yr break... dogs are a way of life

Problem with the lurcher game is that whilst it is full of passion and thrills,..it can also bring Heartache and sadness.. I'm sure we have all,..been there...? I've been around hunting dogs

What would the reasoning be behind creating a line of running dogs using only whippet and greyhound? What would they possess that crosses between the two breeds would not have?

I can only think of less variation in size within a litter. Presumably the ideal being bigger than a whippet but smaller than a greyhound.

I'm returning to the breeding post im awaiting two well bred Irish greyhounds imported by a big mate of mine who i e known for over 30 odd years fingers crossed I will endeavour to prevail a new bloodline of whippet x greyhounds longdogs. They will  e bred to the very best coursing whippet in order to breed and subsequently produce some of the best material one can possibly imagine.

I’m sorry but even a gullible edit like me is kinda calling bull shit on rudeboy1 beeing who he’s making out to be , looks like someone having a laugh looking for bites and people to wind up , and if it is that he is the real mr c Williams , well someone who’s blowing his trumpet that hard trying to sell pups out of parents he’s not even got yet is obviously a salesmen

The best thing about this post is it’s reminded me of some of the folk who were on here ten plus years ago. There were some great folk and some great dogs and some great posts.

Well that's great

If it's not a send up I reckon he's just trying to get his name in lights, even bad publicity is better than none as they say. Wow, a whippet cross greyhound, hardly rocket science and hard to go wrong with that cross if you want a speed machine lurcher.
