well my tx200hc 177 landed at her new home today

well i'm glad to say my tx200hc landed at her new home today and mj seems to be happy with her and mj left me an email saying this

 

Allright Shay. Got home today and the neighbour had It there Good job I called for some .177s on my way home from work! They were out of FX .177 but I got some AA diablo's. Have you tried those In her? I'll have to try get some FX's If that's what you found the best. I only rattled a few shots off before It got dark so yet to see how she shoots properly.

 

Anyway, When you said It was mint you weren't joking were you. I was expecting atleast a little mark but I've looked so hard to find something and I can't! Looks like a brand new rifle to me

The gun Is In cracking condition Shay, I really can't find a mark on It at all! she's a beautifull rifle but I can see myself needing abit of practise after not picking up a springer for several years! I'll try get some pics and groups off at the weekend

just a quick note on this one i presume you know it is now illegal to post gun. all sales, other than face to face ones were banned around 2 years ago.

fire arms and shotguns face to face deals and gun shops will not post rifles of any kind thats the rule and posting guns to adults is legal nice one mj

i wouldent be to shure about that hench the no more gun on ebay mail order ad mag ect ect.

and if that were the case id be able to sit in the shop and mail order the second hand guns willi nilly. dont think that just new sales is the case.

how easy would that be to get around, i could just by the guns then sell them bk to the shop for the same price,what was new would now be second hand and it will have never left the shop or been unrapped, and that then becomes legall cant see it my self. that and the law does not sepperat new or used.

dont mean to be rude but i work in a second hand shop that sells guns.

 

we have to recored all gun transactions new or used, with photo id for age and proof of address.

this is collected by the police so they can build up a record of who has what and where.

so iff called to an address they can check the data base and have a good idea of what may be in the house/owners hands.

like i say was just trying to help as non of us like to get a knock on the door when the RM rip the rapping or x ray it and find whats inside.

a bit more only trade can post the guns to other trade. and not by RM.
