If you have had the dog to the vet, they should be able to give you far better sdvice than anyone on here, they have seen the dog and are trained in this, we on here aren't. Good luck, hope it works out ok !

Cheers.

She should be ok after worming. She must have a gut full of them though.

If the lads got other dogs Id actually ask him or if you can get wormers & watch while he does the other dogs.

IT may take more than one lot of wormers to clear up but should be ok just not right pleasant to clean up after.

Watch where she goes for next week & if needs be re-worm her. One of the pound dogs took a couple of weeks to get clear but right as rain now.

Could also be a change in diet too, if you have changed it from her previous owner.... this will cause scour also... i'm sure she'll come round,

if changing diet best to mix a little with the old diet and change over gradually increasing the new diet at every sitting and using less old diet......

this will stop the scour, and upset. but the worms need to be taken care off as a priority

ATB.

Snap.

Worms are usually only brought up if they are dead and if she is badly infested you will see them coming out of the back end too. I expect if you tell your vet how bad they are he will recommend worming her again shortly but not straight away because you might make her ill. Presumably he gave you Milbemax to cover all the bases. Once you have got her clear keep her wormed every three months and pray no permanent damage has been done. Good luck!
